The NSE indices reveal the SECCIAL index the chemicals with 20 shares
The NSE indices Limited (known as Iill), funded by the National Stock Exchange (NSE) has introduced a new indication of indicators, nifty chemical index, Tuesday March 11, 2025.
This recent installation aims to track the performance of shares from nifty 500 of the chemical sector.
Nifty Chemicals is designed to include 20 high-based stocks of the Capitalization for six months of floating.
Support said, “The most important is given the available stocks to trade in the Derivatives section of the NSE.”
“The weight of each stock in the indiation is 33 percent and the weight of the top 3 stocks are bound by 62 percent,” the NSE indices mentioned.
According to an exchange arm, the date on the basis of the Reference is April 01, 2005, and the value of 1,000. The index will also be updated for Semi-time period and increased by quarter.
The introduction of the Nifty Chemical Index is expected to provide an important Bench Mead of the Benchman and act as the reference to the Traffic Plan such as retail (ETFS), and organized financial products, the NSEs said.
