The new Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090 leak suggests a massive memory boost

Everyone who follows graphics cards is sure that Nvidia will announce the GeForce RTX 50 series at CES 2025. One new leak makes that seem almost certain.

Chinese manufacturer Inno3D appears to have leaked its iChill X3 version of the rumored RTX 5090 GPU, courtesy of VideoCardz. The leak, which is the equivalent of some product art that might exist on a future online store web page, doesn’t tell us much. However, the packaging seems to confirm that the 5090 will come with 32GB of GDDR7 memory, twice the capacity of the rumored 5080 graphics card.

In layman’s terms, that means it should be indeed it’s fast and versatile, whether it’s in gaming, bitcoin mining, or artificial intelligence applications. It can also be expensive, as these things tend to be. Unfortunately, this leak doesn’t tell us much else, like prices or a specific release date.

But we probably won’t have to wait long to find out. Nvidia hosted a big keynote to kick off CES on Monday.
