Snoop Dogg’s Daughter Cori and Fiance Wayne’s Relationship Timeline

Snoop Doggdaughter of, Cori Broadushe found his partner in the middle Wayne Duece.

In 2018, Broadus approached Duece at a party. After the bash, the couple connected on social media and became friends.

“We really started connecting and building and building a friendship,” Broadus said in a February 2023 interview. Vogue Youth. “I feel like we work really well because we became friends first … we really grew up together.”

After five years of dating, Duece proposed. Broadus shared with the outlet that while he and Duece were discussing marriage before he was surprised by the act of love.

“When he proposed, I was just… still in shock,” Broadus said. “I’m still processing it.”

The pair’s wedding plans hit a roadblock after Broadus, who was diagnosed with lupus at age 6, suffered a stroke in January 2024. Since then, Broadus has been on the road to recovery with Duece by his side.

2018

Broadus introduced himself to Duece at the party and they exchanged Snapchats.

“I was just being friendly,” Broadus thought Vogue Youth in February 2023. “I wasn’t even trying to scream at him or anything. I behaved well.”

November 2022

When Duece got down on one knee, he and Broadus celebrated a special moment with their family. Snoop shared a sweet photo of the group.

“Proud parents 💖🙏🏾💍🌹. @wayneduece @princessbroadus 🌹🙈,” this rapper captioned the couple and their in-laws.

February 2023

Broadus and Duece began planning their road trip by visiting various wedding venues, and even considered tying the knot in Coachella Valley, California.

January 2024

The couple’s plans to marry were made public after Broadus suffered a stroke.

“I started crying when they told me,” she wrote on her Instagram Story at the time. “I am only 24 years old. What did I do in the past to deserve all this?”

April 2024

Three months after his health scare, Broadus returned to work with Duece as they worked on a new housing project.

“Proud of us fr🥹🥹 24 & 26 and making it in real life fr!” She wrote an Instagram Reel of a couple preparing for an open house. “They don’t teach us this bad, we want to live long in everything we do!”

November 2024

The new IE! reality show titled Snoop Dogg’s Paternity: The Cori and Wayne Story has been announced, starring Snoop, Broadus and Duece. The trailer for the show showed the two going through the motions of planning their wedding and Broadus’ stroke.

December 2024

Snoop revealed that he gave Broadus a big gift for his wedding to Duece.

“It’s true, but the thing about this gift is that he never opened it, or he hasn’t opened it yet,” said the singer when he was on the show. The Jennifer Hudson Show. “It was a million rands for his wedding. But, Jen, I told her that if it were me, my wedding would be $100 and $900 would be in my pocket.”

December 23, 2024

Broadus and Duece announced that they are expecting a baby girl in 2025.

“The day I found out I was pregnant [was] October 28!!” Broadus shared on his Instagram story. “OMG I still feel like I’m dreaming.”

Duece added, “Daddy girl 💗 can’t wait to meet you girl 🥹.”
