Share Market News, Stocks to Watch: Domestic equity benchmarks Sensex and Nifty50 took a break from record highs on Friday, as weakness in financial stocks outweighed strength in IT and energy stocks, the Sensex ended 264.3 points, or 0.3 per cent, lower at 85,571.9 and the -Nify50 lost 37.1 points, 37.1 points or 0.1 percent, to settle at 26,179 after hitting all-time highs of 85,978.3 and 26,277.4 during the session, respectively. IPCA Labs and Unichem Labs

The board of Unichem Laboratories is scheduled to meet on Monday to consider the proposed merger and acquisition of the generics business in the US market of Bayshore Pharmaceuticals LLC.
