Share Market News: Domestic equity indices touched a new record high close on Thursday due to gains across multiple sectors with financials, autos, FMCG and metal stocks leading the session. Both the headline indices closed 0.8 percent firmer with the Sensex at 85,836.1 and the Nifty50 at 26,216.1.
As market participants prepare for the final session of the week, here is a list of stocks that are slated to be in focus during Friday’s session:
Pharma stocks
Drug makers including the likes of Sun Pharma and Torrent Pharma have a list of drugs flagged in the central regulatory authority’s report as “counterfeit” and not manufactured.
Pharmaceutical companies have also stated that their products meet the quality standards set by the authorities.
Meanwhile, the central government has issued an advisory to the states regarding the Mpox Clade 1b outbreak.
Piramal Enterprises
A subsidiary of Piramal Enterprises, Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Ltd (PCHFL) has released land worth Rs 187 million in Mumbai.
RITES
A consortium led by RITES has emerged as the lowest bidder for the Delhi Metro Rail Corp project worth Rs 87.6 crore.
United Spirits Ltd (USL)
The brewery has completed an investment of Rs 2.3 crore in V9 Beverages
InterGlobe Aviation

Rating of the company RailTel Corporation
The company has won an order worth Rs 156 crore from the Maharashtra government’s Department of Rural Development.

Aditya Birla Capital has invested around Rs 500 crore in shares of Aditya Birla Finance Ltd (ABFL) on rights basis.

Jubilant Pharmova received a clean chit from the US drug regulator at its Spokane branch.
