Besides Chelsea and Dakota, 11, Rosie is also mother to daughter Vivienne, 22, and sons Blake, 25, and Parker, 29. She is also a grandmother to Chelsea’s four children, son Atlas, two months -14, and daughters Avery, 2, Riley, 3, and Skylar, 5.
Her post came days after Rosie confirmed that Chelsea had been arrested for the third time in three months on November 18. According to court documents obtained by Us WeeklyChelsea was arrested in Niagara, Wisconsin after police stopped her car for loud noise.

“So, this is true,” Rosie wrote while sharing a screenshot of a reporter asking for comment on Chelsea’s arrest via Instagram on Tuesday. “After being rescued by her birth mother – Chelsea was re-arrested – and faces a number of drug related charges. We all hope that he will be able to get the help he needs to turn his life around.”
Chelsea is currently facing five charges, including two counts of possession of methamphetamine and one count of drug possession. After an “argument,” according to court documents, he was again charged with resisting an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia, both felonies.
Chelsea’s arrest in November came days after a court ordered her to “remain sober” while out on bail. That meant he was not allowed to drink alcohol or possess illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia or controlled substances without a valid prescription. The court adjusted his bail to $4,000.
Court records show he appeared in court via video conference on Monday, December 2 and remains in custody. His next court date is scheduled for December 12.
