Her post came days after Rosie confirmed that Chelsea had been arrested for the third time in three months on November 18. According to court documents obtained by Us WeeklyChelsea was arrested in Niagara, Wisconsin after police stopped her car for loud noise.
It is alleged that she had a “clear smoking iron” hidden in her bra, which contained traces of methamphetamine. Further investigation at the Marinette County Jail revealed that Chelsea was also hiding a prescription pill bottle, a clear baggie containing crystal, a clear baggie of hydrocodone, eight loose hydrocodone pills, 16 lamotrigine pills and one-third of Alprazolam . tablets.
Police also found Naloxone, which can be used to reverse the effects of an opiate overdose, in his trunk.

Chelsea is currently facing five charges, including two counts of possession of methamphetamine and one count of drug possession. After an “argument,” according to court documents, he was again charged with resisting an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia, both felonies.
Chelsea’s arrest in November came days after a court ordered her to “remain sober” while out on bail. That meant he was not allowed to drink alcohol or possess illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia or controlled substances without a valid prescription. The court adjusted his bail to $4,000.
Court records show he appeared in court via video conference on Monday, December 2 and remains in custody. His next court date is scheduled for December 12.
