He assembles the Cabinet quickly and is like Jesus with a tool of power. Each represents a part of the MAGA alliance that comes across as impressive or shocking. But that’s the nature of a pirate ship.

You get all kinds, and as long as they paddle the right way, they all ride. Meanwhile, Trump and Biden’s meeting at the White House revealed an excitement between the two that even the bitter, wound-licking media could not deny. But I think Biden was just happy to spend time with anyone who wasn’t trying to put a sheet over his head. So why is there such a sense of hope? It’s the difference between wanting and deciding.

In 2016, there were things Trump wanted — to be president, to be influential, to move Michelle Obama’s weight down. However, eight years later, the lack has turned to determination. Not only for him, but for the Americans, too, because we have decided that it is time for a big change.

This should have happened four years ago, but that election was about as safe as having sex in Chris Christie’s bedroom. It’s like a world change, except we’re getting our balls. And that means they don’t blame people today for the evil of their ancestors. That’s like arresting my ancestors because I’m good at crime.

The Dems were looking backwards when they were doing things—backwards. And they get dumped like I did with Taylor Swift. You would, too. He snores like Andre the Giant with a sinus infection. But many people take this personally, as if rejecting their entire way of thinking. Now, really, I want the Democrats to feel better. I’m tired of seeing Rachel Maddow cry at Home Depot. And many in the media are sad. Imagine that you are confused and don’t have your hair to pull out. But the only way to deal with it is to get out of your head.

Forget about yourself. Embrace the world around you. Family, friends, people you see as you go about your day. Turn anxiety into curiosity. Instead of worrying about how the future affects you, be curious about how it can affect the future. Research shows that introverted people experience more stress, but extroverted people replace that anxiety with curiosity. That’s why I put hidden cameras in the Fox and Friends bathroom. You see, identity politics is just a fancy word for “me.” What do I want? What hurts my feelings?

Self-centeredness feeds your ego and starves you for valuable connections. No political defeat hurts. But take away the politics of identity and the ego shrivels like Rachel Levine’s nuts where she sinks. I mean, compare Trump’s supporters to his opponents: RFK, Musk, Tulsi, Rogan, Tucker, Vivek. They are all curious, dangerous and interesting alien species. They surf, hawk, hunt, fly-fish, and leave dead bears in Central Park.

But they don’t have time to think about themselves. They don’t really think about themselves. Unlike the conscious Never Trumpers who have had their egos tattooed on their foreheads: Kinzinger, Cheney, Morning Joe. Geraldo’s confusion is so bad that the government grabbed his mustache. Just look at the most non-stop blasts on cable TV.
