Diddy Previously Said He Would Be Arrested By His Teams

Decades before he was indicted on sex trafficking and fraud charges, Sean “Diddy” Combs he predicted that he would end up in trouble with the law.
“They’ll probably arrest me, do all kinds of crazy things just because we want to have fun,” said Diddy, now 54. Entertainment Tonight in 1999. “Whenever you bring something different to the public realm, things that expand people’s perception, people are afraid. A lot of people feel scared about it.”
Diddy was arrested earlier this month and ordered to stay at the Metropolitan Detention Center until his trial. He was denied bail twice.
A day after his arrest, the 14-page indictment was unsealed. According to court documents,
Diddy was accused of harassing, threatening and coercing women and others around him to fulfill his “sexual desires, protect his reputation and hide his behavior.” He denied the charges.
According to the lawsuit, Diddy organized “Freak Offs,” which were allegedly “sophisticated and produced sex acts” – often taking place in hotel rooms – where they “masturbated in time, and were often electronically recorded”.
Diddy and his business associates allegedly “lured female victims” to his party “often under the pretense of a romantic relationship.” He then used “coercion, threats of violence and coercion to induce victims to engage in prolonged sexual acts with male sex workers.”

During the “Freak Offs,” Diddy allegedly “distributed various controlled substances to the victims” to keep them “obedient and compliant.” Both Diddy and the alleged victims “received IV fluids to recover from exertion and drug use” following the acts.
“We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is the unfair prosecution of Mr. Combs is the U.S. Attorney’s Office,” Diddy’s attorney. Marc Agnifilo he told Us Weekly after being arrested. “Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man and proven philanthropist who has spent the last 30 years building an empire, loving his children and working to uplift the Black community.”
Agnifilo continued, “He is an imperfect person, but he is not a criminal. What he admires Mr. Combs has been cooperating with the investigation and voluntarily moved to New York last week to await the charges. Please reserve judgment until you have all the facts. These are the actions of an innocent man who has nothing to hide, and he is looking forward to clearing his name in court.”
The latest arrest came after Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassie accused of misconduct after naming him in a sexual harassment case. It was settled out of court within one day. Since Cassie (real name Casandra Ventura), many others have come forward with similar allegations about Diddy. He denied each claim.
Homeland Security raided two of his homes in March. “Yesterday, there was an excessive use of military force as search warrants were sought at Mr. Combs’ residence,” Diddy’s lawyer said. Aaron Dyer he told Us in a statement at the time. “There is no excuse for the excessive violence and hostility displayed by the authorities or the treatment of his children and staff.”
