Rapper-Winning Awabper Rock was arrested on Thursday evening near the social structure of the Watts where he grew up and booking allegations of illegal firearms, officials said.
The 39-year-old Rapper, their legal legislature Johnny Reed Mckinzie, is bound by the Los Angeles Department of Poleles at 5:30 PM in 13000 PM in East 115th Street, said department spokesman.
