MONTREAL, Dec. 05, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — NanoXplore Inc. (“NanoXplore” or “Organization”) (TSX: GRA and OTCQX: NNXPF), the world’s leading graphene company, held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) in person on December 5, 2024. All resolutions were approved by shareholders.

In total, 90,977,275 shares (53.3% of the outstanding ordinary shares) were counted at the Meeting. As part of the formal proceedings, the Company’s shareholders elected a Board of Directors and approved the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the Company’s independent auditor. The full voting results from the Meeting are presented below.

Election of Directors
The Board of Directors has determined the number of nine Directors of the Association to be elected at the Meeting. Each of the nine nominees listed in the Management Information Circular has been elected as a director of NanoXplore. All nominated directors are now members of the Board of Directors of the Corporation.
