Beginning as a misanthropic recluse with a small heart and a destructive streak, the Grinch—through trial, error, and calculated Christmas destruction—began a journey of growth and transformation. Sure, his development was more personal than professional, but there are still great L&D lessons to be learned from the much-loved character of Dr. Seuss, no matter where you’re headed.
