Justin Baldoni’s Lawyers Want Miracle Involved in His Lawsuits Against Blake Lively

The lawsuit filed by Baldoni’s team asks Marvel and Disney to preserve “any documents related to the development of the ‘Nicepool’ character” in addition to “communications related to the development, writing, and filming of stories and scenes featuring ‘Nicepool.'” and “all documents relating to or showing a deliberate attempt to mock, harass, intimidate, or bully. Baldoni in character ‘Nicepool.’” Variety notes that the letter was written on January 7; amid the ongoing fires in Los Angeles, not much has come forward as neither side has commented on the case since.
