Justin Baldoni’s Lawyers Want Miracle Involved in His Lawsuits Against Blake Lively

According to Variety, Baldoni’s lawyers are using the case as grounds to issue a subpoena asking Disney and Marvel Studios to preserve “documents and data” regarding Baldoni and “Nicepool.”

Deleted scene from Deadpool and Wolverine and saw Nicepool referencing a women’s podcast; that last scene especially helped the “Baldoni is Nicepool?” theory go viral.

The lawsuit filed by Baldoni’s team asks Marvel and Disney to preserve “any documents related to the development of the ‘Nicepool’ character” in addition to “communications related to the development, writing, and filming of stories and scenes featuring ‘Nicepool.'” and “all documents relating to or showing a deliberate attempt to mock, harass, intimidate, or bully. Baldoni in character ‘Nicepool.’” Variety notes that the letter was written on January 7; amid the ongoing fires in Los Angeles, not much has come forward as neither side has commented on the case since.
