Johnny Geaudreau2-year-old daughter is back in dance class.
Katiethe sister of the late NHL player, shared a series of photos and videos on her Instagram channel featuring her nephew Noah showing off her moves.
“My heart and my soul,” she captioned the post. “Aunt Katie’s girls get ASD. 🩷🩷🩷”
He also posted an old video of his stories of Johnny doing Noah’s hair before class.
“A very good father,” he wrote in the video. “And painted nails (father of the best girl).”

Johnny’s wife, Meredithshared the photo on her story, writing, “My girls are strong,” with a star and a pink heart emoji.
He also shared a series of photos submitted by fans, who responded to his call with “their favorite Johnny Hockey photo.” The photo call was accompanied by her husband’s favorite photo of her, which showed her holding Noah as a newborn.
Meredith, who is pregnant with her and Johnny’s third child, spoke at her husband’s funeral about the bond the family has created.
“Noah, our eldest, is not yet two years old,” Meredith said in her eulogy. “In less than three years we have been married, we have established a family of five people. It doesn’t make sense at all. But I consider it the ultimate blessing. How lucky am I to be the mother of John’s three children? Our last one is a blessing and very special, despite these difficult circumstances.”
Besides Noah, the couple shared a son Johnny, who was born in February 2024.
Johnny and his brother, Matthew, were killed on August 29 when they were hit by a car while riding their bikes in Oldmans Township, New Jersey. Driver, Sean M. Higginscharged with two counts of vehicular manslaughter, Us Weekly confirmed in the days following the accident. Johnny was 31 and Matthew was 29. The two were scheduled to be bridesmaids at Katie’s wedding, which was scheduled for the following day.
In recent months, tributes have poured in from family, fans and Johnny’s team, the Columbus Blue Jackets.
“The Columbus Blue Jackets are shocked and devastated by this unimaginable tragedy,” the team wrote via X after the accident. “Johnny was not only a great hockey player, but more importantly a loving father, son, brother and friend. We extend our heartfelt sympathy to his wife, Meredith, his children Noah and Johnny, his parents, their family and friends on the sudden deaths of Johnny and Matthew.”
