JESSE WATTERS: Let me tell you a little story about Washington. In case you missed it, here’s what’s been going on for the past 24 hours. The 1500 page spending bill that Congress tried to put together yesterday has just been whittled down to 116 pages. Congress just cut 1400 pages of spending. I’ve never seen that before. I have been doing this for over 20 years.

When Democrats got the news that they wouldn’t get a raise and couldn’t get out of Obamacare, they started chanting, “Hell no!” inside their small meeting room. Yes, they sing when they don’t get their way, they sing. Old people sing.
