Indiana police officer is accused of compelling her six-year-old daughter to stop outside of the curtain.

But Scott replied at the scene – along with his manager – spoke to the Witnesses involved.
“This baby comes from snow cold with a sign,” said Pilder Escott, Body Camera Footage shown, according to WH.
Scott agreed to have a girl’s treatment, but she protected her action.
“Yup, you come out here every 30 minutes, and back inside the 10 minutes to warm back,” he said.
When they spoke, “old man” drew and expressed the girl’s concerns and, asked Scott why she should stay in the cold with an threatening sign.
