Apple issued a new application called an invite for making it easy to create custom invitations for events using iPhone or web. Invitations is the Apple version of the Apple Additional Apple, the famous invitation program that was spreading the best Google Play app for 2024.
Invitations allow you to create and share invitations, RSVP to events, contributing to shared albums, and the sound of the curate event.
To create an invitation, you need an ICLoud + registration, costing 99 cents a month. However, anyone can be RSVP, regardless of an Applent account or an apple.
In this post, we will travel through an event creation process, add a shared album or playlist, and submit your invitation to visitors.
How to create an event invitation
You can create an event in Apple Mevites using the app on your iPhone or web site at iCloud.com. Whatever way you choose, the process is actually the same.
If you are on the app, you need to touch a combination sign in the right corner to create an event. If you are on the web, you need to select the “new event” in the upper right corner.
From here, Touch the “Enter rear” option, and select “Pictures” to select an image from your library. Or, Tap the “camera” option to take a new picture behind. Apple also provides domain selection options.
In another way, you can use the Apple picture playground to generate real background photos. To use the combination of a photo playground picture in the invitation, you will need an Apple Intelligence compatibility, which means you need iPhone 15 Pro and more.
Once you added the backpone, tap “The event title” to enter your event name and select Font Style.
Then, touch the “Date and time” to select the date and time the event starts and ends. You can also choose to set it as a daily event. After setting a day, the weather of that day will be added to the invitation.
Next, tap “Location” to search location or tap the proposed area. You have the option to enter the name of the area, such as Emily’s house. “When setting a location, invitations will automatically add the Apple Maps details to the invitation.
Finally, you can enter the description of this event, using the writing tool for Apple Intelligence to help you write a description, if you would like. Also, your device will need to keep up with the Apple Intelligence to use a feature.
Once you have created your event, you can contact the “Protect Protect” option to see what it looks before you send it to your guests.
How to build a shared album or your event invitation list
While the above steps cover the basics of making an event invitation, Apple offers two more features that can take your invitations at the next level.
You can create a “shared album” where the attendees can include photos and videos from within the invitation. The concept after the feature is to provide the present in a way that keeps their memories and returned the event in the future.
To do so, you need to touch the “Create Album” option. The name of the shared album will be the event name, but you can change it if you would like.
You can also create an event sound by selecting the “Enter Playlist” option. The attendees would be choosing to enter the songs on the play list before or during the event. It is good to note that you need Apple music registration to create a shared playlist. Like shared albums, your playlists will have your event name, but you can edit it.
How to visit the guests at your event
There are two ways to invite visitors to your event. You can share the invitation as a public link or send us to some people from your contact list.
You need to select “Invite guests” to start sending invitations. If you select the “Messages” or “Email” of apps, you can send a public link directly to those apps. If you select the “Sharning Link,” You can send an invitation to visitors through any app on your iOS sheet. When you tap the “Copy link,” you can attach the link to your invitation anywhere.
To invite a contact, contact the “Choose Visitor” option, search the name, or select a person from your contacts list, and share the link with them.
After creating an event and invited guests, you can share the note that everyone in the country list can see. For example, you can let guests be able to change the event place, or you can send a reminder to bring umbrellas if we are looking for rain.
To do so, select your event and tap “Send note.” When you have recorded your note, Tap the “Send Note” button.
