The first trailer for John Wick spin-off Ballerina it’s here, and it certainly doesn’t slip into any action.
Why ‘John Wick: Chapter 4 of the body’ is important
Like John Wick films, Ballerina it’s a story of revenge. Its lead, Eve Macarro (Ana de Armas), wants revenge on the people who killed her family, and to get it, she will be trained in the traditions of the Russian Roma assassins. Those killer skills are already on full display in the Ballerina trailer, featuring Eve delivering beatdowns with everything from knives to guns to snowmobiles.
But Eve isn’t the only high-profile assassin on display Ballerina, which happened during the events of John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum. We also see John Wick (Keanu Reeves) himself, as well as some recurring characters characters like New York Continental manager Winston Scott (Ian McShane) and his concierge Charon (the late Lance Reddick).
