HELP! Was my principal might have 4 weeks in summer PD?

We are darling we are picking up,
Summer is less than a month away, and my principal recently announced that you expect that our entire group of Elah has four weeks of training in July. I am a Veteran teacher who was out of class for a while (even though she was already in education) and now in my third year as a medium school. While I really love, I feel judged with a few group members. Another second year is another lesson and keeps vulnerable conversations into teaching times, even if his doctrine is many packs while they live behind his desk. I am all the growth and improve, but this feels weird. And I will not run with the principal – I’m not dark. Congrats on returning to class! This condition produces dynamic energy. In my part, I don’t think I’m trying to train a Veteran teacher without being obviously asked for services, especially those first few years in the class. So, I understand why that can feel good.
There are few options here. One to approach the head. The next time the teacher starts to train you and you are not interested, “hello, thank you for sharing. I just want to train how I felt.” When they go back, you can continue to hold your border: “Thank you that you want to share. I don’t want that kind of chat right now. Thank you!” And then you can go.
This limited- asks the type of support you need actually – it really values. My husband too is in education, and sometimes I will start the conversation by saying, “Can you listen to me and give me an answer?” When we don’t feel uncomfortable at first, we both feel better than the anger of his good intentions.
