Thirty-nine-nine leaders from all of India congregated in New Delhi in the conference of Etihad Young’s Thursday at the City coach and Etihad workers.
The initiative, brought in partnership with Manchester City, Etihad Airways and Magic Bus India Foundation, aims to equip a healthy life-style of the city’s youth on Boot’s youth. It gives new leaders with skills and confidence to drive the change in their communities.
Young leaders from Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Kolkata, Mumbai and New Delhi spent a week raising their skills in social training, public influence and leadership.
This year, Etihad Airways flew by volunteers to support workshops and leadership next to our City coaches. An important part of their role was to promote young leaders and learn more about the encouraging work they were doing with their communities in their communities.
The moment of the conference standing was a public festival, where young leaders had the opportunity to practice their newly acquired children, 11-12 years, from the local Delhi community. The day of them saw the children participating in Negrys and soccer driving for new leaders to form self-esteem, cooperation and social skills.
A talent group of young leaders were chosen to participate in their dedication and skills as a public ball leader.
They are all part of the project network in collaboration with the Manchester City’s Global Foundation, Etihad Airways, and Magic Bus India Foundation. The project has introduced five cities from India’s airports in India: Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Kolka, Mumbai, New Delhi, with many places expected to follow the coming season.
