Conan O’Brien is hosting the 2025 Oscars, as well as his own Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend The podcast hosts, Sona Movsesian and Matt Gourley, want in.
In the clip above O’Brien sees what they have to offer him, quickly dismissing Gourley before agreeing to give Movsesian “the first 40 minutes” of the show to make up different names.
“I’m sure I don’t need to clarify this with anyone at the Academy,” O’Brien said. “My feeling is that they gave me the keys to the whole program, that’s my guess. So I think what I’m saying goes. So he’ll be the first 40 minutes.”
