Amy Robach Gets ‘Clear’ To End Her Marriage After Solo Trip

Amy Robach he remembers the changes in his marriage while he was on a solo business trip.

“I was alone in this mansion that I was put in and no one else ended up living there in the Seychelles with the Indian Ocean beating below me, I just thought, ‘I’m alone for three weeks? What?’” Robach, 51, said on the Thursday, January 23, episode of the “I Do, Part 2” podcast.

Robach’s boyfriend and partner, TJ Holmeshe intervened to share what his thoughts would be if he were in this situation. “I would go, ‘Wow. This is very good. I’ve got this,’” Holmes, 47, said.

While Robach was officially married to Shue, 57, he and his partner Good Morning America anchor Holmes sparked romance speculation in November 2022 when they were spotted getting cozy outside the office. At the time, Holmes was married to her Marilee Fiebig. (Robach and Shue have daughters Ava and Annalize while Holmes and Fiebig, 47, are parents to daughter Sabine. Holmes shares daughter Brianna and son Jaiden with ex-wife Amy Ferson.)

Following news of their romance, Robach and Holmes went out GMA3: What You Should Know in 2023. Robach and Holmes both filed for divorce and have since said their separate marriages ended before their relationship turned romantic. Shue and Fiebig, on the other hand, started dating in late 2023.

Although the “next step” in Robach’s relationship with Holmes will be tying the knot, the source exclusively said. Us Weekly in December 2024 that the two are in no rush to part ways. The insider added that Robach “feels like it’s going to stay if they put healthy boundaries and communication in place.”

Robach and Holmes went public with their desire to exchange vows.
