North Korea is sending troops to Russia, US says

North Korea sent at least 3,000 troops to Russia in mid-October, the White House said Wednesday. This comes after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said last week that Ukraine has intelligence that North Korean forces are preparing to fight in Ukraine. Margaret Brennan has the latest.
