Video footage shows fire rising above the Lebanese capital overnight following another strike in the city.
Reports indicate that it may have crashed into a gas station, according to a map provided by the Israeli military.
The explosion occurred after the Israeli army warned people in the southern area to evacuate.
A BBC reporter on the ground heard six explosions and drones overhead.
This explosion follows other Israeli strikes in the city and Hezbollah has also fired a number of rockets in northern Israel on Saturday.
