Melania Trump on why the 2024 election is different

“We’re facing a very serious risk,” he said Wednesday on “Hannity.” “And especially, we see what is happening in the world and the threats we receive. And my husband, what he went through in the last few months,” Melania Trump continued, referring to the two attempts on the life of former President Trump.

A few months later, Ryan Wesley RouthA 58-year-old from Hawaii, was spotted by a Secret Service advance agent, allegedly pulling a gun from a tree line near Trump’s golf course in West Palm Beach. He was charged with attempted assassination of a presidential candidate, among a number of other charges.

Melania Trump told Fox News host Sean Hannity that people need to learn to listen to each other and respect differences of opinion.

“I think we should have – we have different opinions, we have different beliefs. We need to respect our freedom of speech and our individuality. I think it is very important that opinions are heard, that we have direct communication, very, very much. And we share this opinion and debate,” said the ex-wife the first.

“Because I think that with that, we may have success in this country. I see it as a disturbing trade-off in this country to withdraw people who do not agree with certain issues.”

Melania Trump admitted that the election cycle is a long and tiring process, especially in the weeks and days leading up to November, but she is “in it” and trying to “enjoy” it as much as possible.

“You have to be very focused and take it day by day. Some surprises come with it, so it’s very important that you prepare for those surprises,” he said, adding that his calmness is what gets him through Election Day itself.

“That’s probably my personality. And because I know on Election Day, it’s all in the hands of the people. The people decide what they want in this country, and it will be again this year on November 5.”
