Christine Brown, Janelle Brown Talk Relationships with Mary, Robyn Brown

Two stars from TLC Sister Wives they reveal the state of their relationship with other wives who are their former sisters.

Throughout the latest season of Sister Wivesfans have seen the Brown family continue to break up as Christine Brown, Janelle Brown again Mary Brown they left the house they used to live in with their husband Is Brown and his wife, Robyn Brown.

Now, women are no longer involved in polygamous relationships and instead continue their lives separately. The only half-sister who is still married to Kody is Robyn.

In the latest episode of “Rogue Energy,” iHeart podcast, Christine and Janelle, who have remained friends and still consider each other “family” despite leaving Kody, opened up about their relationship with Meri and Robyn.

“I haven’t spoken to Meri or Robyn in years, and it’s funny,” Christine revealed. “We will keep it that way. There is no need to build a relationship with them.”

After marrying her husband, David Woolleyin October 2023, Christine said that while Janelle attended the celebration, Meri and Robyn did not.

“The good thing about being older when you get married is that you have to invite the people you really want there,” continued Christine.

“There’s no forced invitations to Uncle Bob or Uncle Jed but he’s like, ‘I really don’t want him there. You will be blah, blah, blah. He always does this blah, blah, blah.’ It wasn’t right,” Christine said on the podcast. “We only invited our closest friends to our wedding.”

“And you were one of our best friends,” he told Janelle. “I’m not friends with Kody or Meri or Robyn, so I didn’t have to do that. I should have invited only the ones I wanted.”

Regarding Janelle, she said that she “had some contact with Meri” and Kody because of the distance between the three of them.

“I think she was really happy,” Janelle said of Meri. “He was living his own life. You know what I mean? So we were working together to fix this situation, it was good.”

“I’ve never had any contact with Robyn,” Janelle continued. “I still don’t want him. I do not meet him in any part of my life.”

Janelle added that she is happy with her self-control as she continues, while Christine says that she has finally found the colleagues she has longed for in her new husband.

But as the Brown families split up, Kody’s relationship with his roommates Janelle, Meri and Christine became strained.

During the latest episode of Sister WivesKody said he refuses to “cut” wife Robyn to have a relationship with his other children.

“My children will always be my children and the door will always be open to them,” she admitted, adding the caveat that her children must make the first move to rekindle their relationship. “They have to enter through that door.”

“I will be reaching out for that, but I will be holding this hand next to me, and I will not let go of that hand,” he said, referring to Robyn. “I’m not going to cut Robyn off to have a relationship with my kids.”

As for Christine and Janelle’s children, they agreed on the podcast that they know they have “two mothers” to them as they call their family a “success” given how much they raised them while in a plural marriage.
